One-Percent Fee listings (Bare-Bones)
To Qualify:
- Home must be vacant, so I can place a lock-box and not need to schedule appointments.
- Minimum sales price of $200,000 (or minimum agent fee of $2000 for lesser priced homes)
- Close proximity to my work or home (15 min commute)
- Good price point for property to move quickly
Includes:
- Contractor lock-box on door
- Small sign in yard
- House added to the MLS
- I take inquiries regarding the property
- One picture of exterior added to MLS listing
- I will assist you via telephone or electronically with offers/counteroffers

Two-Percent Fee listings (No frills)
To Qualify:
- Owner-occupied and/or vacant
- Minimum sales price of $200,000 (or minimum agent fee of $4000 for lesser priced homes)
- Close proximity to my work or home (25 min commute)
Includes (All the inclusions of a One-Percent listing plus):
- Black and white fliers at property
- Full-size wooden post and Realtor sign in yard
- Up to five pictures inside/outside of property added to MLS listing

Three-Percent Fee listings (Deluxe)
Includes (All the inclusions of a Two-Percent listing plus):
- Risco Lock-bock on door (can track who enters property)
- Deluxe photo tour of property
- Comparibles provided to help determine correct listing price
- I will personally guide you through the closing process
- I will deliver all documents to your email inbox or to your door

Three-Percent Fee listings (Deluxe-Plus)
To Qualify:
- Minimum sales price of $250,000
Includes (All the inclusions of a Deluxe listing plus):
- Color fliers at property
- I purchase tickets for you and a special guest for any ONE of the following attractions:
Shakespearean Festival Play in Cedar City Utah
Tuacahn Play in Saint George Utah
Hale Center Theater Play
